Boy (real name unknown) is a Sim buried in the Goth Family graveyard in the Goth Home. He has black hair, wears round glasses, he wears a white nerdy shirt and blue pants. It is unknown who he really is or from what side of the family he is although he looks similar to Alexander Goth.
It is possible he is related to the other ghosts in the Goth cemetery. Uncle and Auntie may be his parents, and Bratty may be his sister.
It could be possible that Boy, along with Bratty could be the imaginary friends of Cassandra Goth. Which could also explain why Bratty and Boy look exactly the same as Cassandra. Except Boy looks like a male version of Cassandra and Bratty.
