Bratty is a Sim buried in the Goth Family graveyard in the Goth Home. She looks exactly like Cassandra Goth. It is unknown who she really is, but it is possible that she is from Bella's side of the family, the Bachelor Family.
It is possible she is related to the other ghosts in the Goth cemetery. Uncle and Auntie may be her parents, and Boy may be her brother. Cassandra could be her niece.
Resurrecting
To resurrect Bratty, or anyone dead in the Goth's house, you need to download the Resuscitative Table from OddSim.com. Click on The Sims Objects, then surfaces. It will be the first item you see. Download it, and extract the .iff file to your Downloads folder. Then go to the Goth family, enter buy mode, go to surfaces, and look for the object, and place it in the graveyard, and put a grave on it. Go back to live mode, and click on the table and choose resurrect. Warning: This will drop the active Sim's needs sharply, sans the Room need.
