'''Brock Thornton''' is a pre-made playable [[adult]] [[Sim]] from [[Garden Heights]], one of the [[neighborhood]]s shipped with ''[[The Sims Pet Stories]]''. He is one of the two thugs working for [[Diana DeBore]] as henchmen, the other being his roommate [[Reece Mustella]]. Brock is the muscle, while Reece is the brain. Brock is a victim of circumstance who took the only job he could find, working with Reece. Brock may look tough but is secretly quite the softie, especially when it comes to pets. This is probably why Brock adopted his pet cat, [[Indie Thornton|Indie]]. He found her wandering on the street, took her home and nursed her back to health. Brock does not like working for Diana and being pushed around by Reece, which inspires him to help Alice. He first appears in the [[Best in Show]] story when Diana brings him and Reece over to [[Alice Whitt]]'s house to collect her taxes. Alice then says she will find a way to pay off the debt and asks them to leave.
Brock appears again at [[List of Garden Heights lots#Playground for Precious|Playground for Precious]], where Alice goes to sign Sam up for the dog show. After Alice fails to impress the judge and gets dismissed, Brock whispers something to the judge, which leads the judge to reconsider and let Alice sign up for participation.
At one night, Diana sends him and Reece to break into Alice's house and kidnap her dog [[Sam Whitt|Sam]]. The burglar alarm goes off, waking Alice up, but the two already managed to get away with Sam. The job didn't go as flawless as planned, because Brock accidentally leaves an important clue behind; a coffee cup from [[List of Garden Heights lots#Cafe_Grounds|Cafe Grounds]]. The place Brock also ends up going after the dognapping. Alice arrives there and confronts Brock, who starts to feel pity for Sam and tells her that Reece has him back at the [[List of Garden Heights lots#Abandoned_house|Abandoned house]]. In the aftermath, Alice is able to get Sam back and Brock sends Alice a note and a tire to train Sam and beat Diana.
Brock, Reece and Indie live in [[List of Garden Heights lots#1314 Pal Avenue|1314 Pal Avenue]] and become playable from there at the end of the story.
Brock has the [[Popularity]] [[Aspiration (The Sims 2)|aspiration]] and the [[Aquarius]] [[zodiac sign]]. As far as [[personality]] goes, Brock is very nice and quite playful. But also quite lazy and very shy. He has no [[skill]] points. His main [[interest]]s are Food, Environment, and Culture. Despite the story implying that Brock loves animals, he is accually not interested in them at all.
Even though none of his facial features use any of the broken Maxis face templates in [[Create a Sim]], when Brock grows into an [[elder]], it becomes clear that his facial features are nonetheless broken.
