Cara Gallgher is a pre-made Toddler Sim, from the downloadable neighborhood of Dragon Valley, available from The Sims 3 Store. She is the second youngest adopted child to Cassidy Predergast and the adopted sister to the Dwyer siblings and the Lawless trio. Cara has not learned any skills yet. When first played, she is 4 days away from aging up to a Child.
Cara shares the same surname with Enya Gallgher, a townie from Dragon Valley. Whether the two are related is up to the player's imagination.
