Chase Skurtz is a Sim in The Sims: Bustin' Out.
Chase and his friend Ying Yangst run the controversial Pixel Acres known for its liberal "clothing optional" policy, arts n' crafts fairs, and frequent all night parties. Chase basically just wants to have fun and be "creative" with his friends, but Malcolm Landgraab and his buddies at The Octagon want to shut the place down. The player is given an objective to help Chase get Malcolm arrested by the police for indecent exposure.
There is another mission, which is to find someone interested in Chase's secret formula. The players have to be friends with him.
Chase wears a white shirt, khaki trousers, and sandals. Like Peter Tutti, Chase has long, reddish-orange hair. His appearance in general shows that he's a hippie.
When the players move back to Pixel Acres, he will say, "Welcome back. A bit over-dressed aren't you?"
