The Sims 3 Store


Chicken

A sim asking question to a wise chicken.

Chickens are a type of NPC animal that appear in The Sims 2: Castaway, a part of the "Fowl And Feathers Chicken Coop" in The Sims 3 Store, at Sulani in The Sims 4: Island Living, but make their official appearance in The Sims 4: Cottage Living.

The Sims 2: Castaway

Chicken also appear in The Sims 2: Castaway. They can be captured by using a crafted trap. Players can get chicken feather which can be used as a material for crafting clothing.

The Sims 3 Store

Chicken appear in The Sims 3 with "Fowl And Feathers Chicken Coop" premium content. It was included in the "Country Livin'" and "April 2013 Compilation" from The Sims 3 Store. The "Fowl And Feathers Chicken Coop" premium content also can be purchased separately.

Abilities

  • Collect eggs, if chickens is well-fed, they will produce better quality eggs.
  • Ask your chickens for the answers.
  • Cuddle with baby chicks.
  • Argue and/or fight with Charles the evil chicken.

The Sims 4: Island Living

Chickens appear as decorative neighborhood objects in The Sims 4: Island LivingThey can be seen roaming around Sulani, and are purely decorative. They cannot be interacted with in any way.

The Sims 4: Cottage Living

  • Chickens were added in The Sims 4: Cottage Living expansion pack.
  • They can be purchased using the Chicken Coop object in buy mode, and sims can keep a maximum of 8 Chickens.
  • When fed, sims can collect their eggs, and use them in cooking and baking.
  • Sims can also hatch new chickens for the coop.
  • If sims get on their bad side, chickens can attack your sims.
