A city hall is the chief administrative building of Sunset Valley and Riverview in The Sims 3, It's also a main Landmark.
Where Sims can get a job in the Political Career (therefore the workplace of the Leader of the Free World), take a charisma class, and can tour city hall.
Sims can change their name (both first name and last name) in city hall.
Household/lot name and description can not be changed here. Change them in "Edit Town" mode.
Sometimes, there may be a protest outside of the city Hall, in which your Sim can join in.
The City Hall has been featured in many promotional videos and snapshots for The Sims 3.
