--J-Phoenix 21:10, September 26, 2009 (UTC)--A city hall is the chief administrative building of Sunset Valley and Riverview in The Sims 3, It's also a main Landmark.
Where Sims can get a job in the Political Career (therefore the workplace of the Leader of the Free World), take a charisma class, and can tour city hall.
Sims can change their name (both first name and last name) in city hall.
Household/lot name and description can not be changed here. Change them in "Edit Town" mode.
Sometimes, there may be a protest outside of the city Hall, in which your Sim can join in.
The City Hall has been featured in many promotional videos and snapshots for The Sims 3.
The Sunset Valley city hall is much bigger than the Riverview City Hall.It is right by the park in both
Sunset Valley & Riverview like much other places.It says that they host the neighborhood grill-a-thon.
There are protests that happen regularly.
