Willow Creek Commercial District is the commerical neighborhood located in Willow Creek. Located on the main shoreline, the commercial district features four different venues that bring together Sims from the various neighborhoods of Willow Creek.

Municipal Muses Museum contains works of art for Sims to view and admire. While this can be beneficial for those in the Painting career or working on the Painting skill, the museum also offers a place to hold events such as weddings, or to send Sims on dates.

The Blue Velvet Nightclub is the main hot spot in Willow Creek and a great place for Sims to meet other Sims. Featuring a complete bar, Sims can order drinks here or practice their Mixology skill. There is even a piano for working on the piano skill, or for entertainers to use to perform.

Willow Creek Archive Library is a library, full of lower-level skill books as well as other books. Books in the bookcases can be added to a Sim's inventory and do not need to be returned.
Neighborhood amenities
Because the commercial district is on the waterfront, there is a long section of shoreline where Sims can jog, picnic, and collect things. There is even a small park with a playset for the kids.
