DJ Z-Buffer is an NPC DJ introduced in The Sims: Hot Date. He automatically appears when the Turntablitz DJ Booth from The Sims: House Party is present on a community lot. He cannot be hired to operate a DJ booth on a residential lot.
His name is a reference to z-buffering, the management of image depth coordinates in 3D computer graphics.
