*Having a Sim with low [[mechanical]]/[[handiness]] skill repair any electrical appliance or having any Sim repair an electrical appliance while standing in a puddle of water may electrocute that Sim.

*Using [[testingcheatsenabled]], Sims can be forcefully given the [[I Am Dead Token]].{{Vgversion|TS2}}

*Continuing to force an elderly Sim to workout or [[WooHoo]] until the "Dangerously Tired" moodlet appears. This will result in death if they keep working out or WooHooing under this moodlet.{{vgversion|TS4}}
