The SAM-7 Drink Synthesizer Unit is a small appliance object in The Sims 3: Into the Future. It allows Sims to produce a drink, while slightly increasing their Advanced technology in the process.
The synthesized drinks when consumed, will give either a positive or negative moodlet. Drinks that inflict an "Oily Drink" or "It is revolting" moodlet are more apt when created with the low skill level. A successfully made favorite drink will give its positive moodlet on top of "Sugar Rush". Sims who reach level 4 of the advanced technology skill can specify the order of a drink, as well synthesize a round of it.
