Line 32: Duane is not related to the rest of the household. He has a different surname and is not connected to any of the other household members on his family tree. It is unclear exactly how he came to live with the Kealohas. He appears to have been inspired by Maui from ~~Disney’s~~Disney's Moana. His physical appearance, personality, and implied backstory bear striking similarities to the Disney character. His first name is also similar to Dwayne Johnson, the actor who voiced Maui in the film.
