In ''The Sims'' for console he is interested in Music and Travel. Dudley first shows up at the beginning of [[Reality Bites]] if the player's [[Sim]] is a male. He let's the Sim stay for free but the player has to clean up the house because Dudley and his friends trashed it while partying. After the player completes that level, Dudley will invite the player's Sim to be his roommate at the [[Party Animals]] house. Unlike many other Sim in the game, Dudley is unwilling to skill-build, change careers, clean up, cook meals using the fridge, and answer the phone. However, he is willing to eat snacks, grill, and go to work. ▲== The Sims (Console) == In the Sims, Dudley first shows up at the beginning of [[Reality Bites]] if the player's [[Sim]] is a male. If the Sim is a female, Mimi will show up instead. After the player completes Reality Bites, Dudley will invite them to be his roommate. Strangely he doesn't know [[Mom Landgraab\|Mom]] or Malcolm as they don't appear in his relationship panel. Dudley is on the [[Slacker]] career starting out as a Golf ~~Caddie like Mimi~~Caddy, but usually gets promoted to Convenience Store Clerk after going to work the first time. If Dudley misses work two days in a row he'll get fired and the player will get a [[Game over]] from it. Like Mimi, Dudley knows all the members of the [[Roomies household (console)\|Roomies household]]. Strangely he doesn't know the other members of the [[Landgraab family]] as they don't appear in his relationship panel. Dudley has 8 cooking skill points which is odd as he is not willing to skill build nor cook, but the most likely reason is to stop fires from happening if he uses the outdoor grill at his house. He also has no personality points much like other NPCs. ==The Sims Bustin' Out== ~~Dudley can also be found in the ending movie right in the middle of the crowd on the right.~~ Choosing the [[Gangster]], [[Mad Scientist (career)\|Mad Scientist]], [[Jock (career)\|Jock]], or [[Paramilitary]] career allows the player's Sim to move in with Dudley. Sims are able to live in [[Dudley's Trailer]] until they have received two promotions in their [[career]] track. He has the Insider, Slob and Lazy traits, his aspiration is Party Animal and his bonus trait is Gregarious. He is unemployed, has 1 skill point in Comedy and Video Gaming, 3 in Cooking and 4 in Mixology. His appearance is based on ''Bustin' Out'', but with a different shirt. ~~Choosing any of "Gangster", "Mad Scientist", "Jock", or "Paramilitary" career allows the player's Sim to move in with Dudley.~~ Dudley's trailer is a mess. When the player first moves in, they are expected to tidy up the house, although hiring a maid is much easier. Players are able to live in his trailer until they have received two promotions in their career track. Dudley has mastered the cooking skill more than likely to stop him from catching a fire when he cooks. His personality shows that he is extremely sloppy, very grouchy, however extremely outgoing, and playful. He autonomously uses social interactions such as 'Burp In Face' and 'Pull My Finger'. The player's Sim can fall in love with Dudley, regardless of gender, but he is a non-playable character so the player cannot marry him. If the player's Sim proposes, a speech bubble will pop up reading: ''"Sorry, but I'm already spoken for, try one of the Sims on Free Street 1, 2 or 3."'' Dudley lives in his own little [[Dudley's Trailer\|Trailer]] that he indeed does cook in, but rarely cleans up. He is one of the few members of the Landgraab clan in ''The Sims'' and ''The Sims 2'' whose name does not begin with an "M". In the ''The Sims 2'', he is mentioned in a chance card in the Culinary career as a rich kid with hoodlums.
