Dylan Kincaid is a pre-made playable adult Sim from Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. He lives in 24 Hyacinth Circle. He is Riley's ex-boyfriend from their time together in high school, but with whom she broke up four years before her story starts. He moves to the neighborhood just two weeks before Riley herself, which initially strikes her as "creepy". Riley's reminiscences of their teenage romance reveal that Dylan was head cheerleader in high school.

Dylan serves as an antagonist for the second half of the story and works at the bank where Riley's aunt Sharon Foss works. He tries to force Sharon to name him the beneficiary of a life insurance policy. When she refuses, Dylan kidnaps her and locks her in his basement, sending Riley Harlow an e-mail in her name saying that she was with a sick friend.

Despite the story stating that he works at the bank where Sharon keeps her fortune, Dylan actually works as a Junior Officer in the Military career when he becomes playable after the story. This could indicate that he was fired from the bank after kidnapping Sharon and forced to pursue another career, but the inconsistency might also be a result of there being no career track in the game equivalent to working in a bank.

Throughout the story, Dylan lives in 24 Hyacinth Circle and becomes playable from there after the story ends. When Dylan is first played after Riley's story, he is 29 days from being an elder. He has the Fortune aspiration and the Taurus zodiac sign. Despite serving as an antagonist for the second half of the story, he has 5 nice points, and will usually respond positively to social interactions. Even though Dylan is thin, his fitness level indicates that he is meant to be fit. Dylan can be found within the game files of the Free Play version of the neighborhood. However he can't be played there, as his character data has been deleted.
