El Bandito is a NPC raccoon that was added in Unleashed. This raccoon will appear randomly at night and will often knock over a sim’s garbage can causing a big mess. Sims can call animal control (for a fee), successfully shoo the raccoon away themselves, or have their dog win a fight with the raccoon to get El Bandito to leave without making a mess.
