Elle Woods is a Sim who appeared as an exclusive download with the limited pre-order version of The Sims: Superstar on Amazon.[1] She is based on the fictional character from the movie "Legally Blonde" portrayed by Reese Witherspoon. This sim was a celebrity npc that only showed up in Studio Town. Much like the other real-life celebrities in Studio Town, your actions with the sim were very limited. Her downloadable file was named superstar_download.exe.
