Fans are Sims found in The Sims 3 and in The Sims: Superstar.

in Superstar, achieving 3 stars of fame or more can attract unwanted attention. The obsessed fans will stalk your Sims wherever they go, at home or at work. They leave 'special presents' for your Sims - black roses. They also paw through your dustbins. If you use the price of fame charm about 5 will appear. You can Berate them or ask them to go away. If you want to use the price of fame charm make sure you get the roses they leave before the maid of butler throws them away


They sometimes have 100 relationship level, though they have not met. They will also immediately WooHoo with Sim if asked.
