Fans are Sims found in The Sims 3 and in The Sims: Superstar.

In Superstar, achieving 3 stars of fame or more can attract unwanted attention. Fans can leave 'special presents' for the Sim - black roses. Make sure to get the roses they leave before the maid or butler throws them away. When the "Price of Fame" charm backfires, 5 fans will appear. The "Berate" interaction can be used on them or they can just be asked to go away. Fans that don't get enough attention will become obsessed fans. The obsessed fans will stalk the Sim wherever they go, at home or at work. They also paw through the Sim's dustbins.

In The Sims 3, when a Sim plays the guitar, fans will come and watch. The relationship level between the performer and the fan and the fun level continuously rise until either stops the interaction.

They sometimes have 100 relationship level, though they have not met. They will also immediately WooHoo with Sim if asked.
