Antonio is a premade sim in The Sims 2 but recreated for The Sims 3. He is the son of Patrizio and Isabella Monty, grandfather of Adrian, brother of Bianca and Claudio, father of twins Bendick and Beatrice and husband of Hero Monty.

He became working in the Cooking career during his teenage years to get his mind off the feud that was occuring between the Capps and Montys. He eventually met Hero, his wife which he eventually fell in love with later on after developing in his career. Their were yet many times during the marriage that Hero was close in divorcing Antonio due to the fact that she couldn't stand the feud between the families anymore and that she lost her best friend over it.

They had twins, a girl and a boy which was perfect as Hero was told that she was no longer able to have anymore children.
