Antonio Suárez Romero is a protaganist of Gen 1 in The Torres Legacy. He is the husband of Aaliyah Torres and father to Rae Rose, Adeya, Antonio Jr., Sarah, and Kaitlynn. He lost his parents to a car accident as a toddler and was adopted by Martin and Rose Torres. His biological parents are Carla and Augusto Romero.

Antonio owns Torres Landscaping Company (TLC). At the start of the story, he is mistaken for an employee of TLC rather than the owner, which causes drama in later chapters.

Towards the end of his story, Antonio learns of a sister who introduces him to his biological family and he learns that he has an extensive family tree.

Biography

As a toddler, Antonio and his parents visit Appaloosa Plains on vacation. While there, they end up in a car accident. Carla and Augusto die, leaving Antonio an orphan. Unable to find relatives to take him in, he is placed in the care of Rose and Martin Torres.

Antonio is raised as an only child since Martin and Rose never had any children of their own and were close to being Elders when they adopted him.

Martin was a farmer and owns a gardening business on the side. Antonio is raised to nurture and grow flora. He uses that skill to expand the gardening business into a successful landscaping company called The Torres Landscaping Company (TLC). Antonio always does the initial assessment for each job, believing that a person can never be too successful to get his hands dirty and a smart businessman never let's himself become too cocky.

Antonio is a private man and has always been very discreet and closed-lipped about his dating life. This is likely due to his upbringing on a farm with older parents. He prefers quiet evenings in, a home cooked meal, or a walk in the park.

Although he is wealthy, he keeps to himself and isn't considered a celebrity in the small town of Appaloosa Plains, where he grew up. Most of the townies have known him their whole lives and consider him a nice, soft spoken man who keeps to himself.
