Not much is known about Armand's early life, only that he was born several hundred years ago to a noble family in Champs Les Sims. At some point in his adulthood he engaged in a business deal with a foreign count which turned sour and culminated in his furious associate attacking him and transforming him into a vampire. Following his transformation he was disowned by his family and banished from his city of birth.
For many years after that Armand wandered across cities and countries feeding on as many unknown townies as possible until he was discovered and forced to flee once again. Eventually, he found himself in the mountains where persecution is scarce, but unfortunately so are humans to feed on.
