Despite this, he has no dialogue and no importance to the story other, than being the brother of Corridor. He was born to Heathcliff and Gorda Hall. His parents had a 29 year age difference, which caused them to get a divorce when Arthur was 5. His brother Corridor stayed with Gorda, and Arthur stayed with his father and moved from Sweden to SimNation/America. He met a guy named Lane in kindergarten and they had playdates every weekend.

He was created by Nia. Not much is known about his past. He is a doctor and works at the Sacred Spleen Hospital.

Lane taught Arthur to take breaks from studying and have fun. Arthur also started dating a science lover named Chastity Lagana. They were extremely clse until they graduated high school. After high school, Chastity and Arthur began their jobs and Lane joined a band.
