Bertram England is the son of Henry England and His second wife Anne and he's the twin brother of Helena who is born at the same of him has they are babies but their mother died after gaving birth to them and they are now raised by by their dad who decide to not remarry.
Bertram is the son of a late count and a countess and Helena is in love with him as she chose him for husband wich he make a letter telling her that he didn't want t=her or marry her but while he go to war Helena follow him as he fall for a woman called Diana and get trick by her and Helena who fake to be death in the end she reveal to be aive and tell him that they conseved their marriage and that she had is child wich he finally confess his love for her.
In that version they are brother and sister as in the play of "All well that end's well" like Benedick and Beatrice they are not siblings.
