Helena England is the second daughter of Henry England and the first daughter of his second wife Anne she the half sister of Mary England and twin sister of Bertram their mother died after giving birth to them and left them with their father to raise them on his own.
Helena is a maid from the Countess who love her and encourage her to go after her son wich after heal ing and saving the king she chose to marry Bertram but he refuse as he tell her by letter that he will never be her husband and if she really wish to marry him she has to do to ask gave him his family ring on his finger as wedding ring and get impregnated by him wich he tought she will fail but after tricking him with Diana and fake her dead in the end she reveal that she did complete his task and the couple are officilally togheter as he finally confess his love to her.
Like Beatrice and Benedick in "Much Ado About Nothing" play in their play "All Well That End's Well" they are couple not siblings.
