Beverly Celeste “Bev” Tinsley (née O’Connell) is a sim residing in Desiderata Valley with her husband, George. She is the mother of Eileen Tinsley. She is the aunt-by-marriage of Jacob and Kevin Tinsley.

Early Life

Beverly was born to her parents in Desiderata Valley.

Teen Years

During high school, Bev met the man who would eventually become her husband, George Tinsley. Beverly was a very dedicated student and graduated at the top of her class. She was the first woman in the history of Desiderata Valley to make valedictorian.

Beverly decided to attend college at Académie Le Tour with her boyfriend.

College Years

Beverly declared the biology major shortly after arriving at college. George proposed to her later that year, and she obviously accepted.

The two married junior year and rented a house together.

Beverly graduated at the top of her class, making valedictorian.

Adulthood

Beverly and George returned to the town they both grew up in. They temporarily stayed with her parents while they made preparations to move into their new house. They later moved into 1042 East Dreaming Drive. Beverly managed to get a job in Oceanography while George went into the natural sciences.

By their mid 20's the two had started trying for a baby to seemingly no avail. The two decided to wait a little bit, being preoccupied by their respective careers. However they were successful after a few years when Beverly finally managed to get pregnant. Nine months later she gave birth to their daughter, Eileen.

With both so dedicated to their careers before parenthood was stressful, even with a nanny. George’s brother and sister-in-law later moved in nearby, and luckily were able to babysit. George also took less hours at work to look after Eileen. Beverly had worked too hard to just give up her career.

As Eileen entered school, Bev was ecstatic that her daughter seemed to take after her, although she didn’t get the high honors marks that she once got during school. During college, their daughter introduced her to her boyfriend Dalton. She was skeptical, thinking him to be a bit unintellectual for her. But ultimately he made her happy, so Bev was happy. While they broke up, they later reunited and got engaged, which surprised Beverly and George. She was surprised, although ultimately gave the two her blessing. She and George visited Belladonna Cove for her daughter’s wedding.
