Captain is The army rank of captain is a commissioned officer rank historically corresponding to the command of a company soldiers. The rank is also used by some air forces and marine forces. Today, a captain is typically either the commander or second-in-command of a company or artillery battery.

started in 2014, IAB is started making the promotion who the sim officers worked hard. and The IAB Hired IAB Captain Kevin Kozen was 1st Captain in the office. Stephanie Howton is newly 2nd captain and took over Kozen's office.

2002: Sergeants & Lieutenant

She also found out the undercover was cop name Lieutenant Vice Antonio Cassidy as undercover Declan Benson and He did inform the IAB and IAB informed Captain Jackson that Lieutenant Howton is going to gambling and went undercover with Cassidy. the captain is so disappionted in her and the detectives Detective Danielson and Detective Beck is found out that Lieutenant Howton is doing wrong. Captain Jackson told the detectives to stop digging and Capt. Jackson is commanding officer. the partner was Detective Beck told her that Lieutenant Howton need to know, she is my partner. Lieutenant Howton is in Cafeteria with Kara and Captain Jackson. Jackson told Lieutenant Howton 'you are solved the rape case, you need to stop working for, i will calling IAB Captain Shelton. Lieutenant Howton said nooooo, please let me do something with Fran. Captain Jackson said 'turn yourself in 3:00'. Beck said I am not ready for new partner.

IAB Captain Rainey and IAB Captain Shelton is talked with Lieutenant Howton and Lieutenant Vice Antonio Cassidy and Lieutenant Cassidy actually saved Lieutenant Howton's shield.

the detectives Danielson and Beck told her why??! and Howton told them that Lieutenant Vice Cassidy and I went Undercover. Captain Jackson call her in her office. Captain Jackson told Lieutenant Howton, Captain Coalfield are charge in office for temporary and Captain Jackson and Lieutenant Howton is suspended for one weeks. Lieutenant Howton told her that IAB Captain Shelton cleared me but you do not wrong, Jackson said no, someone framed Jackson so you and Danielson, Beck better investigate for Jackson.

IAB Sergeant Goren and IAB Lieutenant Laymon is in the police department and told Captain Jackson that she is under arrest of rape change. IAB Lieutenant Laymon said Captain Coalfield are absence for today so Lieutenant Howton, you are take over Coalfield's absence today.

in 2003, Captain Jackson is cleared and back to work, saw Lieutenant Howton's desk was vacant and asked the detectives where is Lieutenant Howton go. The detectives told Captain Jackson that Lieutenant Howton was put the paper to Captain Coalfield's temp office and told us that she is taking over Captain Kozen's office. Captain Kozen is demoted to Lieutenant and work with Captain Jackson. Captain Jackson said where is Captain Coalfield and they said Hannah is put the paperwork to IAB Lieutanant Howton and approved Coalfield's reassign assignment and went undercover with Sergeant Vice Staubach. IAB Captain Shelton said you back to work and charge of this department.

2008, Captain Cragen told Captain Jackson that IAB want Detective Beck also, IAB want you to go to be command officer in difference prescient and Jackson is Vice Captain now and take over Lieutenant Bennett's office.

in 2019, IAB Lieutenant Roache and IAB Captain Annie Gabriel is finally found Captain O'Rourke took over Sergeant-Captain Beck.

IAB Captain Esslinger want |Kara Beck fill out for new office and the office was vacant, former officer is Lieutenant Houck went to Lieutenant Howton and told her to want work with 6th precinct. Howton acceped. Beck accepted Essliger's offered and now in IAB and She is newly Captain and working as partner with Deputy Chief Fedeli for now on.

IAB Captain Howton want IAB Captain Beck to take Sergeant Oilfield's shield for some reason. Sergeant Oilfield is temporary suspend for 1 week. Also, IAB Beck command Lieutenant Rollins is take Oilfield's office for 1 week after Oilfield cleared first.

IAB Captain Howton want hire more for Captain, Sergeant, Detective, and Lieutenant.

Vice Lieutenant Flynn told Howton that Annelise need more Vice Sergeant and Lieutenant also she need captain.

Howton told Flynn that the new captain will be your boss, Vice Captain Baker will hire them.
