Their friends Melissa and Scott visited with some surprising news: they had been dating for awhile. The two soon got engaged, and Eileen agreed to let Melissa move in with them while she planned her wedding to Scott. Soon the two were married and embarked on their honeymoon, staying at a hidden campsite in Three Lakes - the very same one where they'd exchanged I love yous 3 years prior. Upon arrival Dalton took a job as a barista since the couple needed some income. Eileen later found an entry-level position as a gumshoe. Melissa later moved out after marrying Scott. Eileen was soon promoted to private eye, then later to crime scene investigator. Dalton took a job in sales. Now with some money saved up, the two vacationed in Takemizu Village for their anniversary. Soon after returning they adopted a cat, who they named Heidi. A couple years passed. Eileen continued working as a Crime Scene Investigator, while Dalton was promoted to Junior Executive. with some money saved up the two decided they were ready to start a family, Eileen soon found out she was pregnant. With some extra money from Dalton getting yet another promotion, the two began house hunting, settling on a place Downtown.
