The Goth family originated in Roaring Heights with Cassidy and Nicholas as the real founders. With Victor and Samuel fighting will Augustine, the grandma, get any peace and quiet? And where did she diappear to last week anyway?
The Goth family of Roaring Heights are from the downloadable neighborhood of Roaring Heights, available from The Sims 3 Store. The family consists of the married couple Nicholas and Cassidy, and their two children Victor and Samuel Goth.
They are basically the Goth family from Sunset Valley but much earlier as seen that Mortimer's great-grandparents are young adults. They also appear in The Sims 4, where they are on a summer vacation at their grandparents' house in Oasis Spring.
Goth: Relates either to medieval times or means "an uncivilized person" or "a person without culture". The Goth name in general has some resemblance, as well. The family seems to be the oldest (making it "medieval") Also it can be a word for someone who likes to dress in black or likes the shadows. Augustine: French feminine form of Augustinus Nicholas: From the Greek name Νικολαος (Nikolaos) which meant "victory of the people" Cassidy: From an Irish surname which was derived from Ó Caiside meaning "descendent of Caiside". Victor: Roman name meaning "victor, conqueror" Samuel: From a Hebrew name which could mean either "name of God" or "God has heard".
