Johnson has no idea about his other family Blake, Nancy, Jacob. He has no idea about them Johnson is SANE! He was never insane but he is worry about his son who is the school nerd.
Johnson has a black shirt and black jeans and likes to wear nothing but black (No he is not emo) He never liked sports he is more of a lazy person like his cat Dan but he hates messes but doesn't bother to clean them.
Johnson has a wife and kid Betty Miller, And his child Jimmy Miller. Unfortunately, Johnson is in love with Nina Caliente. And they already did Woohoo And Nina is pregnant and Betty knows nothing about this. He divorced Betty and married Nina and then divorced her when he was an elder as said below.
Yes Johnson had a life in The Sims 1 but he is DEAD he divorced Betty and married Nina and then divorced her when he was an elder. Nothing much to him in the sims 1 really.
