Kevin was born in Veronaville, December 25th 2032. His mother's name was Laura McHolmes while his father's identity was unknown.
He graduated from Sim State University and moved from one town to another. He worked in three different hospitals in Veronaville, Ubrzville and Miniopolis. Strangely enough, he only worked for six months in each hospital before finally moved to Pleasantview.
Kevin met Joanna at some point before the beginning of the story. The two begun to dating secretly, possibly because Kevin knew that Joanna was his superior's niece. When Joanna's grandmother hospitalized, it was revealed that Joanna's father, Enrico had meet and talk to him several times. Joanna then decided to introduce him to her parents, hoping they would give them their blessing.
When Joanna was attacked by the Pleasantview Killer for the second time, Kevin vowed to protect her with his life.
