Mariah McIntosh is a pre-made female sim, living in Southern Palms Beach, the neighborhood you get if you have all the expansions and stuff packs. When first played, she is good friends with Josie Gold, and 15 days away from becoming an adult.

She wears a black bun, wavy at the back, a yellow spotty dress with skull tights and combat boots. She appears to be very fashionable, and takes pride in her style.

When story progression is turned on, it is likely she will start a same sex relationship with Josie.
