Meadowview Time went by, generations have passed, and now, a not so pleasant town. Can the neighborhood recap the love they lost? Name Meadowview Write a Review!

Meadowview is a neighborhood for The Sims 2 created by Limegreen5. The neighborhood is supposed to be a peaceful, quiet small town.

Meadowview is a neighborhood made by Limegreen5 that is inspired by Pleasantview.The storyline and characters are slightly similar to Pleasantview but not that much. There are 7 families living in the neighborhood along with 2 in the family bin.

Meadowview has all different types of residential lots such as the rich side where the Duffy family lives to the trailer park area where the Wheatleys' live.

Families

Caraway Family: Valerie and her sister Lindsay. Lindsay and Valerie don't get along to well because Lindsay is tough while Valerie is shy and can't discipline her child Jason. Jason is rowdy and wild because his father isn't around for him. His father is Samuel Peasley, the local ladies man.

Friends Family: Caleb and Jennifer Friends with their two teenagers, Dylan and Rebecca. Dylan seems like a nerd but he's really cool if you get to know him. Rebecca is the popular girl and seems to be nice at first but when you get to know her she can be mean. She used to be in a relationship with Kevin Hastings and has a grudge on Meghan Windham.

Hastings Family: The Hastings family consists of Keith, a widow raising his three kids Kevin, Tony and Mandie. Kevin is the good looking teenage guy but he gets bad grades. He is also currently in a relationship with Meghan Windham. Tony is a troublemaking kid that does anything to get attention, while Mandie is a toddler who deeply wishes she got to know her mother, Bridget.

Hampton Family: The Hampton family consists of Gene, an old, rich, and retired buisness man and his young wife Mya. After Gene's first wife, Maria, died he returned to Meadowview for comfort. While he came to Meadowview he met Mya and she left her husband and kids for Gene's fortune. Gene thinks she actually loves him but all she wants is his money.

Peasley Family: Timothy and Kathy Peasley with their little son Bryce. Timothy's twin brother Samuel starts living with them after he lost his job. Kathy doesn't like Samuel because of his womanizer ways though Bryce looks up to Samuel because he has a close relationship with him.

Wheatley Family: Mindy with her teenage son Ronnie and her kid daughter MacKenzie. They live in the trailer park to the side of Meadowview. Ronnie and MacKenzie's father, Phil, died when they were little and Ronnie was devistated. MacKenzie never got to meet her father. Because of Phil's death, Ronnie gets into trouble alot and likes to get into fights. He also has a crush on Meghan Windham and is enemies with Kevin Hastings.

Windham Family: Dennis with his teenage daughter Meghan and kid son Aiden. Dennis's ex-wife, Mya Hampton, divorced him for Gene Hampton's fortune. Meghan strongly dislikes her mother but Aiden is okay with her. Meghan is also in a relationship with the cutest boy in town, Kevin Hastings.

Community Lots

There are only two Community Lots in Meadowview, Oakmill Park and Center Market Corner Shoppes.

Oakmill Park: Oakmill Park is a nice peaceful park just right acrossed the street from the Caldwell Family. The park is lovely and is the perfect place to have some alone time. Here are some pics of Oakmill Park:

Center Market Corner Shoppes: Center Market Corner Shoppes (Or known as CMCS) is a a Community Lot with 2 shops on one lot. The shop made out of shingles is the Grocery Shop and the one made out of brick is the Clothing shop. Here are some pics of the shops:

One thing I can tell everyone is I am not 100% sure that Meadowview will be a downloadible neighborhood.
