Palmira is a premade sim in The Sims 3. She is the daughter of Teodor Medina and Florita Hernandez, half sister of Leonardo, Kaiya, Scott and Anika and girlfriend of Angelo Crompton. She has a poor relationship with her mother after Florita abandoned their family to have an affair with a wealthy man named Alfonso Alto.

Her father remarried to Bianca Medina (née Monty) and has a better relationship with her step mother. She is happy that her father decided to remarry after a divorce with her mother after all the pain she caused in the family.
