Queen Jane (née Richard) is the Queen of Riverland and protagonist of the story The Life of Queen Jane. She has two sons, Arthur and Henry. At the start of the story, Jane is 40 years old and pregnant with her second son. At the start of the story, she does not know of her pregnancy. She died at 46 dueling with her childhood enemy, William Fleming.

Early life

Jane's parents are unknown. Her maternal grandmother, Betty Richard, refused to tell her what happened to her parents. Betty adopted her at birth, and gave her the last name Richard. Jane's family isn't the Royal part of the family, Vladimir's side of the family is. Jane was raised by Betty and never found her parents.

Marriage

Jane and Vladimir married when they were 20. Jane fell pregnant at the start of the story, and gave birth to a son, Arthur, named after Vladimir's father.
