After Trace's birth, Rhea discovered that Mortimer is still in love with his ex-wife Bella, so Rhea and Mortimer divorced. Mortimer moved back in with Bella and his children so he can work on his relationships with them, and Rhea remained with Enya and Trace, allowing them to remain in contact with Mortimer. Rhea began an affair with married man [[Eric Lewis]] soon after the divorce. Rhea's life changed forever when Enya ran in excitedly and told Rhea that a little girl who says that she is called Tanya has appeared outside. Rhea runs outside and it transpires that Tanya's ghost had gone out to the wishing well and wished for life, and had been resurrected. Tanya ages up into a teenager and properly reunites with Rhea, who gets rid of the shrine, now happy that her daughter is alive again.
