Ruth Spencer (née Lazar) is a fanon sim created by Boom98765.

The only daughter of Anthony Lazar and Tiffany Lazar, the mother of Alexander Spencer, the grandmother of Frantiček Spencer and Belinda Spencer and the great-grandmother of Charles Fornight.

She died in adulthood and later resurrected by Sara von Heiderstein for her private reason.
