The Hale Siblings are a family of three siblings living in Dragon Valley. The eldest, Athena, is a witch-werewolf hybrid. The middle sibling, Poseidon is a werewolf. The youngest, Cassiopeia is a witch.
Athena, Poseidon and Cassiopeia are triplets that were born to Isabelle Hale and Dillon Lawless. At the time, Isabelle was a werewolf and Dillon was simply mortal. When the three siblings were born, their mother hesitated for one second before announcing their last name was to be "Hale" and not "Lawless" like expected. Her husband was rather surprised and more than slightly irritated but he conceded. Athena and Poseidon both displayed the common traits of newborn werewolves, but Cassiopeia did not. However, Cassiopeia froze a glass of water falling in midair and Isabelle figured out Cassiopeia had somehow inherited her maternal grandmother's powers as a witch. Soon after, Athena moved the same glass of water across the table just by looking at it and Isabelle was confounded. She had not expected any of her children to be witches, much less the majority of them, considering she is not a witch herself. It was concluded that Athena's birth power was telekinesis, the ability to move objects with her mind. Cassiopeia inherited the power to freeze molecules in place, known commonly as "freezing". Poseidon inherited no witch powers of his own, but proved to be a strong werewolf at a young age.
Athena was closer to both her siblings than they were to each other. This was mostly because of Athena's status as both a witch and a werewolf, being able to relate easily to either of her siblings.
