Thomas Ternyck is the son of Jeanie Miller and Zion Ternyck. He is easily recognisable as Jeanie's son due to his skin tone. His house is a bit odd as his mother's ex-boyfriend is still living with them.
Before he was born, Jeanie's parents were murdered and her uncle was assaulted which made Jeanie determined to find out what it who had done it. Although all obvious signs pointed to one suspect, Jeanie realised it wasn't when she found out that the killer was only targeting aliens or alien sympathisers such as her dad. She began dating a man called Andy although she didn't love him or at least thought she didn't. Jeanie used Andy as bait and caught the killer. Andy was hurt and betrayed which was unfortunate as Jeanie had actually developed feelings for him by then. Jeanie went to college and graduated, later moving into her parents old home. However, Andy fell into hard times and Jeanie let him stay with her. Andy and Jeanie might have eventually got married if it weren't for the arrival of Thomas's dad, Zion. Jeanie fell for Zion very fast and they became engaged when Jeanie was pregnant.
As a baby, Thomas was sweet. His father was proud as he was always 'flirting' with woman which lead to him getting a seat on the train, a free croissant here and there. His mother was not so proud and thought it was a sign of things to come... Thomas went out to Twikki Island for his parents wedding but didn't really understand what was going on. To him, it was sad and scary being in an unfamiliar place so he cried a lot. Despite a lot of... problems at the wedding, Zion and Jeanie married and they returned home, the only difference being that Andy was gone...
