The Fortune Factory Fortune Cookie Maker is an object introduced in The Sims 3: World Adventures.
"The Fortune Cookie Maker from Fortune Factory is a custom machine that not only bakes fortune cookies, but thinks of, prints, and inserts fortunes into every cookie. It will not only save you hours of trying to slip fortunes into small cookies, but also provide you with its forecast for the future."
The Fortune Cookie Maker is available for purchase at the Shang Simla Market. Sims with the Handiness skill can upgrade the machine so that it only dishes out good fortunes. It costs 30 simoleons per use.
Eating from the Fortune Cookie Maker slightly increases the hunger motive, and can result in the following moodlets:
Note: Sims with the Unlucky trait always will receive a Bad Fortune (Even with the upgrade for Only Good Fortunes), Sims with Lucky trait always will receive a Good Fortune.
