I see most articles about community lots of The Sims 3 is going under proper name, not generic name. For example, information about bookstore Rabbit Hole building is listed under title of Divisadero Budget Books not Bookstore, I think that this is mistake.
Already Sims 3 has multiple neighborhoods where essentially same community lots with only different in name. Riverview has Sunflower Spa instead of Sharma Day Spa, County Care General Hospital instead of Sacred Spleen Memorial Hospital. See Rabbit Hole for such lists.
As future Sims 3 expansion pack will add many more neighborhoods with similar community lots under different proper names, I suggest that generic information about community lot should be listed under article of generic title.
Like Bookstore, Grocery store, Hospital, Graveyard, Military base etc.
Other neighborhood specific information ( like picture ) can be added under separate per-neighborhood section.
