:It depends what the purpose of the nectar is. If it's for selling it's best to go for the highest value recipe (9x Life fruit, 1x Pomegranate), if it's for drinking 1x Life fruit, 3x Flame fruit and 6x random fruits will give your Sims all the moodlets available from nectar.
