The age differences between sims don't tend to be always the same between games. Expecially with how ts1\ts2\ts4 sims age relatively. So yeah. When looking at when sims age up we could say that in TS3 (the only games where we could actually say ages are comparable to human aging): |

Here's my opinion (SIMS 4 NOT INCLUDED):
Bella and Mortimer: 10 (Sims 3), 35 (Sims 1), 60 (Sims 2)
Cassandra: 10 (Sims 1), 35 (Sims 2)
Alexander: 11 (Sims 2)
