Here's my opinion (SIMS 4 NOT INCLUDED):


Bella and Mortimer: 10 (Sims 3), 35 (Sims 1), 60 (Sims 2) Cassandra: 10 (Sims 1), 35 (Sims 2) Alexander: 11 (Sims 2)


If Alexander was born 11 years ago, then Cassandra would be 24 years old, but she was a teen in the storytelling images! CarCrazedAlex586 (talk) 15:44, April 2, 2017 (UTC)

The age differences between sims don't tend to be always the same between games. Expecially with how ts1\ts2\ts4 sims age relatively. So yeah. When looking at when sims age up we could say that in TS3 (the only games where we could actually say ages are comparable to human aging):

Samuel Goth is 67 Gunther Goth, Lolita Goth, and Helen Hall are 55 Cornelia Goth is 53 Frida Goth and Simis Bachelor are 49 Jocasta Bachelor is 44 Agnes Crumplebottom and Erik Darling are 33 Olivia Goth is 29 Eleonora Goth (headcanon daughter to Gunther and Lolita) is 24 Michael Bachelor is 13 Bella Bachelor and Mortimer Goth are 6

Add 25 years for the ages they should have in sims 1, add yet another 25 years for the sims 2 ages.

Sims 1: Gunther is 80, Cornelia is 78, Agnes is 58, Michael 38, Bella\Mortimer 31, and Cassandra 6. Sims 2: Bella\Mortimer are 56, Cassandra 31, and Alexander 9 --Kaiko Mikkusu (talk) 20:37, September 5, 2017 (UTC)

Since the number of days each Sim spends at a certain life stage is inaccurate to reality, I'm going to give out each Sim's age via gameplay days, not through estimated number of human years. In the Sims 2, each number of days a Sim lives corresponds roughly to one year, although a teenage Sim on their last day before becoming an adult would be 29 Sim days old which goes to show you how inaccurate it would be if one were to go by human years rather than gameplay days.
Based on the information in articles, the number of days a Sim can live in the Sims 2 through normal gameplay is capped at 90 Sim days, although I've never actually seen any examples of playable Sims being able to spend 31 Sim days as an elder, unless you count Luis Aspir and Carlos Contender, but it would be impossible for Sims to be able to live for as long as them without the use of cheats or hacks such as SimPE.
Furthermore, the age bars say that a Sim on their first day as an elder is 54 days old, when in reality the age bars should say that they are 59 days old, because that's how many gameplay days they have lived. In Coral Oldie and Isabella Monty's cases, both their age bars say that they are 1 day old, since their character files do not contain data on how long they've spent in previous life stages, so in their case, being 1 day old corresponds to the number of days they have spent as elders, so they both start off on their second day as elders.
This is how old the following Sims are by the time the story-line has caught up with The Sims 2.

I think That Mortimer in The sims 1 and 4 is 39 Years old Or Adult.Also Bella! mortimer and Bella in the sims 3 Is 6 years Old/9 year old. - I was thinking about this some days ago actually. It's really hard to "translate" Human Years to Sim Days - I remember someone theorizing that 3 Sim Days = 9 Human Months, because a pregnancy in The Sims games lasts 3 days, but that simmetry is not consistent with the rest of sims' life spans... But still, I tried to calculate first how old are Goths in Sim Days, and then try to find a simmetry with Human years... 

1. First, we have Sunset Valley in TS3, said to take place 50 years before TS2 Pleasantview. Gunther and Cornelia are adults close to the elder stage - in human years, I'd say their age would be between 49 and 55, plus day-minus day. Mortimer is a child, usually 7 days before teen stage, and Bella ages in the same day as him. If we assume toodlers represent the ages between 1-4, and children represent the ages 5-11, I'd say Bella and Mortimer are probably 7-9, because they are not very close to the teen stage, but some days have passed since they reached the child stage. Agnes, Cornelia's sister, is a young adult close to adult stage - the young adult stage is pretty big, and if the adult stage represents +40s, the young adult would extend from 18 to 37. So, agnes would be probably in her late 30s. Michael Bachelor, by this time, is around 15, starting high school. Simis and Jocasta are slightly younger than Gunther and Cornelia, probably in their early 40s.

2. 25 years later, we have The Sims 1. I never played this game, and what I know about it comes from what I've read. I'll add 25 years old to the ages I've theorized before, which would result in:
- Cornelia and Gunther = in their mid 70s, close to their 80s
- Mortimer and Bella = 32-34
- Cassandra is around 7-8 (Bella and Mortimer were around 24-26 when she was born - probably shortly after they got married)
- Michael would be 40, and probably just decided to go to college later in life, maybe he worked abroad before going to college or smth?
- Agnes doesn't exist in this game, but she would be in her late 60s/early 70's.

3. Now, we have Pleasantview in TS2 - another 25 years have passed. The young adult stage was only added with University and is only able when sims go to Uni. We can assume that this stage, compared to TS3 young adult, extends until the first days of the adult stage (until sims are 20-19 days away from becoming elders). Again, we add 25 years, and we get:
- Cornelia and Gunther are already dead, but they would be in their late 90's.
- Bella and Mortimer would be between 57-59 (the elder stage starts at around 60s, Mortimer might have had an accident with the Elixir of Life) thought here my theory is different - Bella  is supposed to be considered a "beauty symbol" in Sim Universe, and in our society we have this  idea that "young = beautiful", and aging means "losing your beauty". Of course "losing your beauty" is just a ridiculous stereotype society feeds us, but I think Maxis might have gave Bella the dead token and make her unplayable so she doesn't age, and keeps the stereotype of "beauty". If she was made playable, she would probably be the same age as Mortimer, maybe 1 day before elderhood or already an elder. This is just a personal theory tho.
- Cassandra would be 32-33.
- After a long time of careful calculations by a person who is not good at maths, adding and subtracting sim days to calculate the age gap between Cassandra and Alexander, my intense searching drove me to the conclusion that Alexander was born when Cassandra was 8 days into the teenager stage. Teen stage = 15 days, so 8 days is basically mid-teens. This can mean 15-16, but that would mean 16 years have passed since Alexander was born, since I estimated Cassandra'a age to be 32. So, I will assume teen stage represents the ages between 13-19, and 8 Sim Days means mid-teens to late-teens, so between 15-18, if Cassandra was 18 when Alex was born, he would be 14. Basically any conclusion leads me to Alex being already a teenager in human years. Hmmm... Let's assume that between the end of child stage and beggining of teen stage there's an invisible stage like "pre-teen/tween". Alex could be a tween. It makes sense to me, so basically Alexander would be 13-14.
- Michael would be 65. He seemed to have died not that long ago, maybe 5-4 years? So... he was 60-61 when he died, and was married to Dina for a short time (maybe 2-3 years) so 57-59 he married her? And, given that she is younger than Cassandra, in human years she would be 31 yo in the beggining of the game, and 23 when she married Michael.
- Agnes is also dead, but she yould be in her late 80s.

My opinion[edit source]

This is just my opinion, but these are what I thought their ages were in each game. I know giving them a "real age" isn't realistic as they are Sims but I feel like that's what this question is asking. I'll try to base it off of their in-game age, and how many days they take until they have to age up when lifespan settings are set to Normal.

The Sims 3[edit source]

  • Victor Goth (60 years when he died) (he had 32 days until his natural death according to SimPE, so he died the first day that he became an Elder, which doesn't make sense since he died of Old Age)
  • Gretle Goth (76 years when she died) she had 14 days until her natural death according to SimPE, so she died after her husband and lived to be older)
  • Gunther Goth (55 years) (5 days 'till Elder so he's close to being old)
  • Cornelia Goth (53 years) (7 days out of 21 'till Elder so she's close to being old but is younger than Gunther)
  • Mortimer Goth (6 years) (7 days 'till Teen so he just aged up to a child)
  • Bella Bachelor (6 years) (7 days 'till Teen. Here she is the same age as Mortimer)

The Sims 1[edit source]

Sims 1 takes place 25 years after Sims 3, so I just added 25 years to each Sims' life.

  • Gunther Goth (80 years)
  • Cornelia Goth (78 years)
  • Mortimer Goth (31 years)
  • Bella Goth (31 years)
  • Cassandra Goth (6 years) (It's difficult to know what age Cassandra would be, because there is no age meter in Sims 1, Sims don't even age, so it's unknown and will be based on 25 years before her Sims 2 age.)

The Sims 2[edit source]

Sims 2 takes place 50 years after Sims 3 and 25 years after Sims 1.

  • Gunther Goth (died at 90 years) (the fire takes place 10 years after Sims 1 and 15 years before Sims 2)
  • Cornelia Goth (died at 88 years)
  • Mortimer Goth (56 years) (Aged very quickly so he looks older)
  • Bella Goth (abducted at 46, while Alex was 3 years old) (Mortimer's memories indicate she was abducted while Alex was a Toddler)
  • Cassandra Goth (31 years)
  • Alexander Goth (13 years) (He's fairly close to becoming a Teen, so I imagine him being in those middle school years)
