This is supposed to be a game along the lines of say the TPBM game. The rule is simple, pick a fanon written by the user above you, and write a very concise summary of the fanon.

Initiator: Papal State: Essentially a nation created by a group of nerds gone ax crazy in the goal to screw glorification of WooHoo and replace it with academics.
