So, I haven't loaded new expansion packs to the original Sims in a VERY long time. If I load Vacation (and then Unleashed later if I can find the discs again), will I lose all of the families and houses I have now?

I know it's a dumb question, and I'm sure I will, but I was hoping maybe not!

Thanks!

If it is like The Sims 2 you shouldn't lose your families but you won't be able to play them if you uninstall them again unless you back them up before you install the expansions. I don;t think you should shave any problem with Vacation since it adds content in a sub-neighborhood. You might have a problem with Unleashed because it adds content to the existing neighborhood. --a_morris (talk) 14:29, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
