I believe Margarita Manzano is related to Aislara Alvarez, in Isla Paradiso. While in Lucky Palms, There is a NPC teenage girl name Margarita Alvarez who shares the same name. It is possible that when she turned adult or elder, she moved to Isla Paradiso, to find Aislara. It is proved that she moved, just like it says in her biography. The problem is, that Margarita Manzano, and Margarita Alvarez, doesn't look the same. But in Isla Paradiso, Margarita and Aislara have the same face structure. They also shares the loner trait, and the the same type of hair. Plus, Margarita Alvarez and Aislara Alvarez shares the Latin, Red colour, and even the same zodiac sign, Taurus.

1: it's Margarita's -children- that have moved away, she always lived in Isla paradiso but her son and daughter do not because they have moved to some other place really long ago. If Margarita Alvarez is related to Margarita Manzano, then she's Margarita Sr.'s daughter, Margarita Alvarez-Manzano Jr. Aislara would then be the niece of Margarita Manzano's mate\husband, and Margarita Alvarez(-Manzano) would be the cousin of Aislara Alvarez! Said mate died without being any important to the story like Michael Bachelor, so they do not show up in the family tree.
2: Are you just going by "everyone with the same first name is the same person"? There are like, 10 Malcolm Landgraab's? (4 in the OFB family tree, the Bustin'out\sims 1 console one makes 5, the Sims 3 handheld makes 6, 7 when counting the TS3 PC one, and 8 for the non-handheld TS3 console one even trough that could easily be the same as for PC?) How many people named John or other plain-ish names are there that are clearly not the same person? Supposedly Holly ends up being Mama Hick, and Don Alto from the TS3 handheld is actually Elden's son with someone unknown - my guess is the Keaton's unborn son or Beau\Victoria's kid, judging by the skintone - and married someone else called Holly, but that would not be the same Holly as Don Alto's paternal grandmother... And we did not say that Hick was Mama and Elden's surname, it could easily be Alto but called Hick because they live like "hick's". Or whatever. Are Dustin Broke and Dustin Langerak the same person???
