When you want to save the headshot from SimPE, you have to change it to PNG. Sims Player (talk) (mistakes) 18:55, July 7, 2016 (UTC)
When I follow this guide, I always get PNG headshots. Although, it could just be a matter of how you are saving the headshots when you export them. – Icemandeaf (talk) 19:28, July 7, 2016 (UTC)
