A while ago, The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs pet trait icons were finally uploaded to the wiki. As these images are now available, they should be added to the {{pet}} template, as the template doesn't currently show The Sims 4 pet trait images. I don't want to try this by myself as I don't fully know how to do this, so I'm going to leave this for people who know this stuff well and ask if they could possibly make the missing pet trait images to show on the {{pet}} template, along with creating the appropriate categories. - SimDestroyer (talk) 17:03, January 25, 2018 (UTC)

I had a similar question about making a navbox for pet traits a while ago, and everyone told me to just do it myself. So I think you're on your own, unfortunately. ✨AireDaleDogz✨ (talk) 17:14, January 25, 2018 (UTC)

It's probably in the {{GetPetTraitImage}} template, though that's going to require a bit more study and a bit more work, since some TS3 pet traits share the same name as TS4 pet traits, and we don't want to display the wrong icon. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 17:18, January 25, 2018 (UTC)

How does this source code that I made look like? I have no idea what to do with the playful and friendly traits, as the're both shared by cats and dogs with the same name, but have a different icon. - SimDestroyer (talk) 18:43, March 4, 2018 (UTC)

I like your implementation. You can update {{Pet}} and include the parameters there. I think you can add the third parameter for the pet's species to {{GetPetTraitImage}}. It doesn't look really pretty, but it will work. Nikel _Talk 03:21, March 5, 2018 (UTC)
