Hello, I am a Sims 2 Complete Collection player on Windows 10. Today, all my attempts to play has failed with this error.

Before that, i have installed the Radiance mod provided in this page. Running the game after installing that mod crashes the game and even after uninstalling that mod, the crash kept happening. I tried restarting, deleting userstartup.cheat and it still crashes. Any method for fixes? Thank you.

As for information, my laptop is Dell Inspiron 7460 running Intel Core i5-7200U @ 2.50GHz with Intel HD Graphics and 8GB RAM. Michiruze (talk) 04:32, May 16, 2017 (UTC)
